The Lushberry Airwolf 4 27-Inch Large Luggage combines a polycarbonate hard shell with a structured zipless frame, integrated TSA combination lock and Hinomoto double-spinner wheels. Designed for longer journeys and larger packing requirements, this single-piece suitcase is available from SHONATI in Rose Gold, Mustard Yellow and British Racing Green.

The Airwolf 4 features an Air Force military-inspired exterior with pronounced shell lines and reinforced corner sections. Its frame-based construction replaces the conventional exterior zip-around closure with a clip-lock system.

Zipless Frame with Clip-Lock Closure

The main packing compartment is secured through a structured frame and clip-lock closure rather than a conventional exterior zipper. This construction helps the suitcase maintain its shape and provides direct access to the main interior.

The term zipless applies to the main exterior closure. The interior still includes a zippered mesh divider for organisation.

Built-in TSA Combination Lock

A built-in TSA combination lock is integrated into the frame closure. The combination-lock system eliminates the need for a separate padlock and supports TSA-authorised inspection procedures where applicable.

The lock combination should be set and tested while the suitcase is open. The TSA override keyhole is intended for authorised inspection personnel and does not indicate that a customer key is included.

Polycarbonate Hard Shell

The Airwolf 4 uses a polycarbonate hard shell with reinforced corner sections. The structured body is designed to provide support for packed belongings during normal travel and handling while maintaining the suitcase’s exterior shape.

Hinomoto Double Spinner Wheels

Four Hinomoto double-spinner wheel units provide eight wheel contact points and 360-degree multidirectional movement. This wheel configuration is designed to improve balance and manoeuvrability when moving through airports, hotels and transport terminals.

Adjustable Trolley Handle

The telescopic trolley system includes an aluminium insert and an anti-slip grip design. Its adjustable construction allows the handle to be raised for pulling and retracted into the suitcase body when it is not required.

Foldable Rear Cup Holder

A foldable cup holder is positioned at the rear of the suitcase. It provides a temporary holding point for a compatible travel cup or bottle while waiting at an airport, hotel or transport terminal.

The cup holder should be folded closed before the suitcase is lifted, placed on a luggage belt or stored. Suitability depends on the size and shape of the selected cup or bottle.

Organised Packing Interior

The fully lined interior includes a zippered mesh divider and elastic packing straps with buckles. The divider helps separate the packing sections, while the straps help hold clothing and travel essentials in position during movement.

Checked-Luggage Size Notice

This is a large 27-inch check-in suitcase and is not cabin luggage. Its published external dimensions are 78 × 54.5 × 34 cm, producing combined linear dimensions of approximately 166.5 cm.

Some airlines use a standard checked-baggage limit of 158 linear centimetres, while other carriers apply different size rules. Customers should verify the airline’s current checked-baggage dimensions and weight allowance before travelling.

Warranty

Lushberry luggage supplied by SHONATI includes a three-year limited warranty, subject to SHONATI’s applicable warranty conditions and inspection requirements. The warranty applies to eligible manufacturing defects and does not cover airline or transport damage, impacts, accidents, overpacking, misuse, normal wear or cosmetic marks.
