At SHONATI, warranty coverage may vary depending on the
product, brand, model, manufacturer, distributor, and applicable warranty terms.
Not all products include the same warranty period or level of coverage.

We recommend reviewing the warranty information provided with the specific product
or contacting the SHONATI team if you would like to confirm warranty coverage before purchase.

How Product Warranty Works

Where a manufacturer or distributor warranty applies, it generally covers eligible
manufacturing defects that occur during the applicable warranty period.

The warranty period, coverage, exclusions, service procedure, and available resolution
may vary according to the specific product and the applicable warranty terms.

What May Be Covered

Subject to the applicable warranty terms, coverage may apply to confirmed defects
in materials, workmanship, or components that affect the normal intended use of the product.

  • Eligible manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Defective components covered under the applicable warranty.
  • Manufacturing-related faults confirmed following inspection.
  • Other defects specifically included in the warranty provided for the product.

Warranty eligibility must be confirmed after reviewing the product and the applicable warranty conditions.

What Is Normally Not Covered

Unless specifically included under the warranty terms of the individual product,
warranty coverage generally does not apply to damage resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
  • Accidental damage, impacts, drops, or external damage.
  • Overloading or use outside the product’s intended purpose.
  • Improper storage, maintenance, or cleaning.
  • Unauthorised alteration, modification, or repair.
  • Exposure to unsuitable environmental conditions, liquids, chemicals, or extreme temperatures.
  • Transportation, airline, airport, courier, or third-party handling damage, unless specifically covered by the applicable warranty.
  • Cosmetic deterioration that does not result from a manufacturing defect.

Warranty Period

There is no single warranty period that applies to every product sold by SHONATI.

Warranty duration may vary by product, model, manufacturer, or distributor.
Where a warranty period applies, the relevant period should be confirmed from the
product documentation, warranty card, product information, or applicable manufacturer terms.

Proof of Purchase

Valid proof of purchase may be required when submitting a warranty request.
Customers are encouraged to keep their original receipt, invoice, or other acceptable purchase record.

Additional product information, such as the model number, style number, serial number,
warranty card, or product label, may also be requested where applicable.

Warranty Assessment

Submission of a warranty request does not automatically confirm warranty coverage.
The product and claim may need to be assessed to determine whether the issue qualifies
under the applicable warranty terms.

The assessment may consider the nature of the defect, product condition, purchase date,
applicable warranty period, product model, and relevant manufacturer or distributor conditions.

Repair, Replacement or Other Resolution

If a warranty claim is approved, the available resolution will depend on the applicable
warranty terms and the outcome of the assessment.

Depending on the product and warranty conditions, the resolution may include repair,
replacement of an eligible component, product replacement, or another remedy provided
under the applicable warranty terms.

SHONATI does not guarantee a specific resolution before the warranty assessment has been completed.

Transportation & Airline Damage

Damage caused by airlines, airports, couriers, transportation companies, or other third parties
is generally different from a manufacturing defect.

Unless such damage is specifically covered under the applicable product warranty,
customers should report transportation-related damage directly to the responsible carrier
as soon as possible.

Warranty and Returns Are Different

A product warranty is separate from SHONATI’s Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Return or exchange eligibility is subject to separate conditions and time limits.
Please review our
Returns & Exchanges Policy
for more information.

How to Request Warranty Assistance

If you believe your product may have an eligible manufacturing defect,
please contact SHONATI and provide as much information as possible about the product and issue.

To help us review your request efficiently, please have your proof of purchase,
product model or style number, and clear photographs of the issue available where possible.
